Hi my name is Larry. I’m a career engineer by trade but I’m a gold prospector at heart – I love the thrill of the hunt and the rush of a cleanout that yields a pan full of fines and chunkies. Simply put, I LOVE GOLD PROSPECTING.
I live in a small mountain town in Northern California that flourished during the gold rush era. I often prospect deep into the canyon, hiking more than a mile or two over some not-so-friendly terrain and I know that having the right equipment can make all the difference between a successful day or a frustrating one.
As the founder and lead designer at GoldiBox, my design philosophy is focused on delivering unparalleled performance, innovation, and a great user experience. I’ve spent the last 10 years creating some of the lightest, most innovative gold prospecting equipment available.
