SHIPPING CHARGE
We provide US domestic free shipping for orders $65 and over. All other orders incur market-rate shipping charges. This is calculated in real time during checkout.

At GoldiBox, all of our products are produced in-house. We generally keep an inventory of all products on hand, but during times of high sales volumes, there may be a delay while we produce your order. Unless otherwise noted during the checkout process, the following arrival times are typical:

SHIPPING METHOD
The prices for GoldiBox products does not include shipping. GoldiBox products are shipped via USPS. In certain circumstances, we can ship via UPS. Please contact us before ordering if you require UPS as your shipping method. Shipping is calculated during the checkout process and added to the order total. US Domestic orders equal to $65 or more qualify for free shipping. When an order qualifies for free shipping, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage will be the shipping method. All international orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail International.


TRACKING DETAILS
We will send you an email on the dispatch of your order as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alerting emails will include the tracking number, website information for the courier company, and the expected arrival date. You may also check this on our order status page or by logging in to the My Account section on our site. Tracking numbers for packages sent may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites. Please notify us within 24 hours if you discover any discrepancy in the shipment delivery.


CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your item has not yet been shipped, you have the option to update your shipping address by reaching out to our customer service team at [email protected]. However, please note that once the item has been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee changes to the shipping address, as we are not obligated to do so.


RESCHEDULED DELIVERY
Some of our carriers require a signature on delivery. In this case, the carrier will leave a calling card if you are not at home. You can then contact the carrier directly to schedule a new delivery appointment or alternatively, amend your delivery address.


OTHER INFORMATION

Please ensure that all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the delivery details, which could potentially cause delays in delivering your order. Additionally, delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, flight delays, and customs inspections, which may occasionally be beyond our control. However, in such cases, we will make every effort to collaborate with our shipping partners and ensure the necessary follow-up.


DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. There are times where we can make arrangements with the freight forwarder for international shipments and GoldiBox products are delivered under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). In this case, our shipping carrier is responsible for delivering the GoldiBox products to you and pays all costs in bringing the GoldiBox products to the destination including import duties and taxes. Unless explicitly stated on your sales receipt, duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
